Lai Chee Seng assumed the role of Managing Partner with immediate effect and will be in charge of executing CLA’s overall strategy to grow its corporate training services in the areas of leadership, communications and branding in support of companies navigating the challenges of the world today.

Lai has 25 years’ experience in the field of communications, which includes PR, digital, and advertising & marketing, including others. Throughout his career, he has helped businesses, CSuites and senior government leaders develop content and strategies for local and international contexts. He has been invited to share his expertise at Monash University, INTI University College and University of Malaya. His thought leadership articles have been published in Leaderonomics, Marketing In Asia and Nagaoka University Review, Japan.
